A usual Friday at the "village" ~ Rjk & Piggy doing a bit of catching up... awaiting customers on this beautiful Friday morning~! "Hey, your on candid camera..."
Our friend Marian from the gift shop next door is a kind hearted soul ~ she takes any animal
in that shows up at her door.. two "Mama Cats ~ Grace & Naomi" showed up and guess what... "Moses had been busy..." there were two litters of kittens.
The "village" is going to help find "forever homes".... on this Friday~!
Going home to call Savannah & Camilla...
She couldn't wait for them to get out of school to come see...
he takes care of our "woes & squeaks..."

They had "Lucy" for years...
"Hero" belongs to a valued customer of the "village" ~
we thank you so much for bringing him by.

he too went to his forever home. No surprise here, they have the
very same eyes. And, a new "buddy" to play with. Tried and Tried
to get him to call him "Captain or Sargent Black" - all I got was
its going to be "just Black" ~ okay then...

she squeezed and loved this little one to pieces
and, a surprise for "Miss Hag" ~ a darling "love you" note from "Savannah" ~
made my day... I love you too "Savannah".
My friend Savannah with a "kitty".

made my day... I love you too "Savannah".
My note, along with other special ones I've received & pictures too... is proudly
posted on the "hags" office door. Thank so much, Savannah~!
How appropriate today, "hello kitty"...

hag 2 is gonna get all of you... this isn't' a pet shop.
but, she does love "kitties" so maybe we'll be okay....
another cute kitty.
At days end, 6 kitties that still need a home. Give us a call and we will put
you in touch with "Marion" ~ 8 and 10 weeks old, they are eating and
drinking good and all appear really healthy.
Kind of "fitting" ~ our "website for the village" has gone to the dogs...
today ~ homes for cute "kitties" ~ we adore our furry friends.
Its a strange place in which we live...... in the South,
Snow on Sunday and today, Saturday of the same week... its going to be 76.
beautiful day in our neighborhood to shop for treasures....
you know where I'll be selling them....
fondly... ~one vintage hag
Had a lump in my throat looking at me with the Dane. We did look like we went together. ( Black and White) I do miss my beloved Lucy. She was a wonderful girl. Someday, someday, someday another dream will come true to have another. she is now our ANGEL DOG!
